This was my second time coming to Shaker on Rue Saint-Jean this week while I was in Québec City. Their mixology drinks as well as their appetizers and food is some of the most delicious and flavourful I have ever had. Emrick was my server the second time and he was amazing! My first visit to Shaker was so good that I ended up going back two days later. I ordered the Western Burger and fries on my first visit and was impressed; one of the best burgers I’ve eaten.
For my second visit I ordered the Pickleator with poutine and it was equally as good. I ordered the Wagyu Beef Fried Dumplings as an appetizer and was impressed; a nice crispy dumpling outside and flavourful beef on the inside. Food presentation was excellent both times.
