Amazing, This cafe is huge and the ambience is vibrant. The food was good and the service thoughtful and prompt. I guess the action that made my view about the experience so delightful is that one of my family members was fasting which the lady manager noticed and got him a platter of fruits. The gesture was much appreciated. And it was a great evening spent. Thank you Lotus Cafe.

The worst thing about a sit down meal in a restaurant is the time it takes. Feeling more like touring than sitting, this place hit the spot. Had a 12" grilled chicken with black olives, red onions, hot peppers and a BBQ sauce, the last two items with good heat. The wheat bread was fresh. The staff worked hard to get through the lunch rush. Things aren't as cheap as they once were but such is our new post-covid world.

It was very busy by the time I was there, so it took a while to get our sandwiches. Staff was friendly, and the place was clean. Good overall.

Hello very bad service. The waiters are not polite, do not speak French well, moreover, the hygiene of the counters, the preparation of the submarine leaves something to be desired, the use of them places the submarine incorrectly on the protective paper and often rummages in the trash and does not change glove. He doesn't listen to the customer's instructions and the final presentation of the sub looks like a pile of half-baked bread most of the time cold even if it's hot because the employees prefer to be on their cell phones rather than working. Really ordinary I will place a complaint directly with the parent company because I consider this inadmissible for reasons of safety and for a restaurant of this chain.

Worst service you can imagine: a huge lack of food and therefore choice on the menu, the employees curse in front of the customers, they take their time despite the lunch rush... several customers have turned back for all these reasons. Too bad it's a restaurant located in a tourist area, because it does not reflect the image of our beautiful city. I will never go back there again
