The people working here are absolute incompetent, I am on shift working from home order pick up and made sure to wait till the app said it is ready but when I arrived first the guy was chilling with some of his friends and didn't even start my sandwich and on top of that when his friend told him to get up he started serving people who even entered the restaurant after me, absolutely disgusting behaviour

Worst subway experience ever…veggies looked stale and and the worker was rude, made the sandwich as if he was being forced (you’re getting paid to do the job)..not good customer service
Truly pitiful service... I would have given zero stars, but the minimum is one. My partner, my two young children and I come home and the young girl already makes a comment to the other employee with her saying: Ahh I'm at the end of my tether. It's already not starting well. The waiter takes our order and looks as tired as she does. She comes back to see him and tells him: I'm leaving at 7 p.m. as it's written. Then, arrived at the checkout. We ask for biscuit box formats. She tells us 6 or 12. The guy comes and opens the drawers of biscuits and tells us: I don't make boxes. Having misunderstood, we tell him that we are just going to take 6 biscuits. He tells us: no, I'm not doing any clubs this evening, because I don't want to do them again at this time and I don't want to miss any for the others. There were about 15 cookies, we didn't want all the cookies either and it was only 6:30 p.m. We gave up since it wasn't worth it, but we are really disappointed, both for the welcome and the departure. A big zero for the manager and his employees. I have been in the restaurant business myself for several years and have never provided service like this. Zero tip, no penny on my part deserved.

Never seen an employee so slow 20min does 3 submarines, no hurry 2seconds a little more she will do her washing in the back and come back in slow motion... For the catering reminder we will come back elsewhere!

Message to the manager: Please put 3 people on Sunday. After 20 minutes of waiting I ordered. My 2 submarines forgotten in the oven! The line from hell. Air conditioning didn't work. For the number of years I have been going there it was much better. Please, Mr. Manager, organize yourself better than that!

Excellent service with the manager in place. I had subs prepared in advance with separate condiments for elementary school students. Everything was ready on time and the order was impeccable. I recommend this place for group orders.

I am a delivery person for uber eats normally the food is supposed to be ready on arrival at the restaurant I had to wait 20 minutes for 1 6 inch only they passed all the customers when clearly the delivery was recorded before all its very bad customers service

Unfortunately, the owner of a restaurant dismisses employees by text message, it is truly unacceptable that the manager does not take the time to train these employees and then dismisses employees without valid reason. I do not recommend this restaurant owner or restaurant to anyone.
Arriving at the restaurant asks for soup, we are told there is no more soup... ok... Order a 12 inch cold meat combo at exactly 6:50 p.m.... Goes to my hotel room to develop the submarine. ... The bread is hard as a rock and dry... Call the restaurant the kid who answers tells me that it's normal if I heated it.... Obviously it wasn't heated??.. .I ask if it is possible to have another submarine he tells me that it will be the same thing because it is the batch of bread made at 4 p.m.... And talks more.... Finally he tells me that the manager will call me back the next day.... ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE... unbelievable.

It's easy to complain about bad service for several years, but this morning I had an experience that can be summed up in one word WOW. It's been a long time since I had a well-made submarine like the one I had made by Nathalie. She took the time to remove some less fresh vegetables from her display before putting some in my sandwich, she even asked me if I needed my 12 inch to be wrapped in 2x 6 inch for my convenience. Nathalie clearly wants to do her job well and is proud of it, thank you ??
