Needed some ice cream to cool off. I like the Latino employee telling a family in front of me to hurry up since there's long line. Gringo tourists tend to take their time and can't make up their mind when ordering anyway and get all offended. Lol.
I wouldn't bother trying the boba tea since it's not fresh and made from powder.

They were rude in the beginning to a family that was standing in front of us, then it was our turn and they were rude to us as well, so we denied in giving tip so they ruined our beverages intentionally. We asked for 2 iced Macha tea, and they gave us our beverages not cold, but hot (in a very hot day in Quebec City), and what is worth is that they did it intentionally, we know this because they said it in spanish (they thought we didn't know spanish) so be aware that they are bad. Our two beverages were really bad and we had to through them away even though we had spent over 20 bucks in those 2 beverages alone !

Very bad service. Bad quality beverages and expensive for what you get. I ordered a matcha tea and it's been the worst I've ever had, plus, if you add the fact that the people who attend are rude and not polite at all, it is definitely a place I would not recommend specially if you go with your family and kids.

The Gelatos are delicious, you cannot miss the opportunity to try the soft maple ice cream, it is something unique.
The service is excellent, they serve in multiple languages, French, English, Spanish and even Portuguese. The view is spectacular with the Chateau in the background, highly recommended.

Now they changed store name to Lili sucreries. Overpriced gelato. 2 tiny scoops for $12.65 and it’s not even good, too watery, too soft.

Terrible slush taste. All the flavors are pointless. All they do is add a bit of color! Not worth it.

The bubble tea was tasteless, lots of crunchy ice chunks, $16 for two. Worst bubble tea I’ve ever had. Good boba balls though.
