Order with doordash. Impeccable Dasher but we only received half of our order. Call the restaurant directly to tell us that they did not receive the full order even though I have proof. To compensate, they send me the order but with a replacement starter because they no longer have what they ordered and a bonus roll but without sauce and without utensils. Usually at Thaï (Beauport) I have always had good service but this time, first time at Boulevard Wilfrid Hamel and last unfortunately. Disappointing!

Around 5 p.m., I went to buy a shrimp pad thai. There were 4 boys working. I had remarkable service. Honestly, I was surprised. Everyone was on their own business. I was served with impressive kindness & very good service. The cook prepared my dish very well. The atmosphere was calm. I sincerely hope that my message will reach those who worked Tuesday October 22. They deserve to know that they worked well.

We had dinner at Taïzone du Boul Hamel on Friday October 11, 2024. The restaurant is not clean and the counters on the kitchen side do not seem well maintained. The cook was sitting and chatting with a friend. The cashier had to alert him each time that food was to be prepared. He didn't get up on his own.
I didn't really like my experience. My heart ached because of the lack of cleanliness in addition to the lack of interest from the cook.

We had to wait easily 45 minutes before getting our meal, he placed all the take out orders before ours. It's inconceivable to wait this long to eat in a fast restaurant! In addition, no excuses from the employees... it's ridiculous to keep people waiting at this point.

Be aware of posion food. i will never go back here again. I got stomachache. The soup and frie rice are terrible. I'm Thai food lover and you guys destroyed Thai cusine. Carrot and cabbage weren't ready. Small frozen shrim. Coconut soup is not tasty like more water. My frie rice was over cook so the smell wasn't at original.
