Excellent service
Good 👍 coffee and croissant !
Team seems to be focusing on the drive thru. We went inside but waited rather long for our 2 trios also got no tray and our coffees weren't marked, which led to everyone in line wondering who's coffee it is.
Tim Hortons provides excellent service at the drive-thru, with smiling and efficient employees. However, there are concerns about the training methods of a particular staff member, described as authoritarian and cold. This behavior towards trainees can lead to turnover of staff, affecting the overall experience at the restaurant.
