While it's true that I know what to expect when ordering Vietnamese fare in San Francisco I learned that doing so in Quebec City's Saint-Sauveur neighborhood is a whole different ballgame. I'd like to start by saying that the food was good and the portion sizes were quite large. However, I wouldn't consider it traditional Vietnamese food. It's sort of a Canadian-Vietnamese fusion kind of thing.Be prepared for a price shock when you arrive if you consulted the menu on their website. It is not accurate.
