I am fortunate to have access to excellent Indian, Pakistani and Nepalese restaurants in the DC area. Biryani House comes out on top. The lady who prepared and served the food was so lovely, too! “The flavours are so creative, and change every week. We've tried dozens and never had one we didn't love. Even the plain vanilla is the best vanilla I've ever had! All the other things they serve like cookies, and flavoured hot chocolate are delicious as well. In the warmer months, there's a cute backyard with picnic tables to sit while you eat. This is our favourite place to go as a family”

and made just right every time. I’ve never had a single complaint. Great spot you can always rely on!”

“This is a good location, often they are fast, friendly, and accurate with orders (I've only had a couple of mistakes over the years). The inside is clean and renovated in the last couple of years.
The drive threw can get busy and wraps into the parking lot, so it can be tricky getting out of a parking spot when it's busy like that, but most people will adjust to help you leave.”
