We had a deadline to meet. When taking the order the young woman quickly clarified with the cooking required for your meal we will not respect your time unless I ask for butterfly cooking, will you allow me? Brilliant young lady. Everyone's meal was divine.

I ordered prime rib for my dad and took the picture before having to send my husband. He said it looks tummy T-bone steak. Yes, there was bone but it didn't look like from rib but looked like from T-bone. I was wondering to ask the server about the steak. I could totally headed they were talking about my asking on the downstairs. I felt very embarrassed and asked to get the bill. The server must feel bad and he spoke to me in French which I don't understand made me feel scared. I realized I was wrong to be doubtful what they served. I regretted I could speak my language when he did.
