We stop over in Rouen when we travel back to the UK from our holiday. We decided to go for pizza this year and decided on Bella Pizza The restaurant is down a side road and can be easily overlooked. The pizza was made fresh. I wanted a green salad to accompany it and although not on the menu one was made for me. The service was excellent from the two ladies.
