“The employee at the cash register was alone to take orders and make sandwiches because the other employee was in the kitchen making donuts. The smiling employee offered very courteous and efficient service! The meal was delicious! The restaurant was kept very clean as well as the toilets! I highly recommend it!“

“Very good, wonderful night shift, weekdays too. Longer day weekends but great. However,Closed the Tim Hortons at 7 p.m. on a Saturday evening until 9 p.m. as well as on Sundays and the 2 employees are sitting on the counter is very ordinary.“

“My goodness where do I start. My young daughter was craving a chocolate doughnut. I contacted the Tim Hortons on Louis Philippe Picard, because 9/10 times any time Hortons you go to have limited to no chocolate glazed doughnuts, especially at 9:00pm. Zach answered the call, He told me he didn't have anymore which I suspected, but still asked how many I wanted. I told him 4, then he proposed I got 6 so it’s more worth it, he was going to make us a fresh batch. I arrived 5 mins later, they were preparing them. Yassine was very nice and thanked me for waiting patiently and also requested I wait until I got home to have them because he had just put the glaze and they were still warm. I never got service like this at any Tim Hortons… and Malek who was taking orders at the drive through was super sweet and spoke to my daughter and asked how she was doing. What a wonderful evening team , they should make clones of these boys. What amazing “personalized” customer service , They were wonderful , thank you for such a great experience , truly exceeded my expectations.

I got home , and these were just about the best, soft , warmest doughnuts I’ve ever had. YUMMMMM“

“Had to wait for a fresh batch of eggs for a Tim Matin so I ordered a donut and juice as well. I did not want to wait inside as the cashier had told me about 5 to 7 minutes. I mentioned to the older lady behind the counter that I was going to wait outside where I can see them and to wave and I'll come and get it. Not only was that ok but she said she would bring it outside when it was ready. That, right there is service!“

A very kind gentleman (Mahoud) very calmly answered all our questions.
He took care to prepare our meal well. The quantities and flavors were perfect.

The counters...everything is clean.

“We were served by 2 pleasant young girls. The only downside, a group of young people who caused discord and disorder in the restaurant. Too bad, they looked helpless against this group who must be on their first try here. We almost called the police.“
