“Je me permet un petit descriptif Mes papilles ont encore vécu un pur moment de joie hier soir lors de notre souper à La Réserve Bistro😋 Notre habituel cocktail « Amareto Sour » nous a mis dans l’ambiance puis on a entamé notre parcours gustatif avec un Potage délectable. Mon mari s’est enfin contenté avec son plat préféré: Le Boudin maison, poire pochée, noix de grenoble et raisins frais 😋 Et moi j’ai retrouvé avec satisfaction tout le réconfort de l’assiette de Braisé de boeuf à la Ste-Ambroise noire, purée de pomme de terre au vieux cheddar le tout accompagné d’un verre de Finca Bacara 3015 Monastrell… ça c’est le bonheur! Si vous voulez passer un moment agréable en étant reçu de façon amicale et savourer des plats bien apprêtés direction la Réserve pour passer une soirée mémorable♥️ pour nous c’est un incontournable!”

“The food is only coffee but so delicious we've already made a return visit. The barista is both friendly, talented and provided great service. The cafe is spacious with comfortable seating and is currently decorated for Halloween. There's at least a dozen types of beans to choose from. We bought coffee beans to take home. I highly recommend.”

la maree was excellent and included lots of fish /shellfish on a big plate with rice and Aldente vegetables and delicious sauces. Very well prepared. The fresh lobster and sweet sweet scallops were the stars. The vegetables were also great.
Looking around at other tables, other dishes also looked very appetising.

Nous avons eu la chance d'être accueilli par les 2 propriétaires qui sont hyper sympathiques et passionnés. Même si nous sommes arrivés (sans le savoir) 5 minutes avant la fermeture, ils ont pris le temps de nous répondre et de nous jaser comme a de vieux chums. Étant donné que nous sommes de Québec et qu'il est plus rare de trouvé leurs excellents produits à Québec, nous avons fais le plein de leur breuvage divin avant de reprendre la route. “We sat on the patio, while visiting during our honeymoon. Catherine was our server and she was absolutely fantastic. A small wait time for food with the kitchen but Catherine's service certainly made it worth the wait. Cheap beer, cheap appetizers and killer service. 10/10 would recommend.”

“Vraiment décu de mon expérience 😢!!! Tres bon repas, belle qualité de plats et excellante présentation !! MAIS par contre le service était médiocre !! Ont etait 5 personnes pour une fête anniversaire, on a pas eu nos entré en meme temps, mon assiette (mon entré) est resté a coté de la caisse de service sur le bureau d’a coté un gros 5 min durant que les clients payais et regardais mon plat en exposition, un coup les entrés déservis on a recu nos plats a la table dans un delais de 6 minutes meme si manquais 2 personnes qui etait parti aux toilettes , trop rapide entre les 2 services, la serveuse n’est jamais revenu nous voir si c’etait correct la cuisson du filet mignon ou si ont avaient besoin de quelques choses , aucun remplissage d’eau n’a été fait également , ensuite on nous a débarassé notre plat principal en nous demandant si on voulait la fature 🤷Désolé mais j’aurais surment pris un dessert 🫣 quand elle a apporté la facture on lui a mentionné a la serveuse que c’etait pour un anniversaire et la elle a eu la gentillesse d’apporté un gâteau avec bougie ( seul bonne action de notre soupé ) alors Mme Gaetane je crois que votre temps est fait et que votre retraite du service hotelier s’impose 🫣🤷!! Désolé pour ce mauvais commentaire , pas l’habitude de me plaindre mais la j’ai fait 4 hrs de route allé retour pour ce genre de service très décevant 😢”
