On our last evening of trip to Quebec we had our best meal in this restaurant that's entirely run by women with lots of dishes created with native vegetables. The food is Michelin quality and we tried salicorne (which taste like al dente pea vine) and tête de violon (fiddlehead is the English name and it tastes similar to asparagus) . The only reason for the 4 stars, instead of 5, is the wait. For my next visit, I will have a little snack first. The food was worth the wait. Tasted 3 dishes, more that excellent. Highly recommend.
