We both enjoyed our meals. The beef bokkeum was a little too strong on the soy sauce but was still happy with it. I would recommend it. The service on the other hand, was not the greatest. They were quite busy but we had to ask for more water and ask for the bill and she never checked on us to see how it was going or if we needed anything else, even when clearing tables nearby.

Beef bulgogi had amazing flavors and was one of the best I have had. Portion sizes were fairly small and expensive for 30$. Additionally , a definite language barrier. First time I called to order takeout a lady answered in French heard my English request, paused and then just hung up on me which I thought was ridiculously rude. Anyhow I called back and same lady muttered something and passed off phone to a male that could speak English but didn't understand what I was saying very well at all. When I arrived to pick up order the server spoke English well and promptly greeted me and served me and I was on my way. Perhaps you should rethink who is answering the phone for orders.

Just for anyone reading, the owner is making up a completely false story. I don’t have a kid, I simply didn’t enjoy the food. It is worth noting that I have no profile picture, with a nickname. Not sure how the owner seems to recognize who I am.

The owner is so not professional and not even accommodating customers. The portions are so small and the price is way too high for what you get ! We got 3 small pieces of meat in our meal and too much sweet. When we ask to remove it and put it on the side the owner refuse ! Can you believer it ?! And told us this is how we making it. So let me tell you that 1) yes you can do it , 2) you have to accommodate your clients to satisfy their requests and not just refuse without any suggestions or modification to any of your meals ! Moreover, the kimchi was done wrong and too much fish oil ! This is not how you make kimchi ok. 101 rule for customer service. Moreover even the waitress was shocked and said sorry to us, and that she can’t do anything. I was feeling so bad for this waitress.

It used to be a really good restaurant but unfortunately it’s not what it used to be. Very expensive for very little food and the cuisine has declined in quality: burnt noodles and very bland meats.
