When we travel to PEI, we always stop in Riviere du Loup and head to St. Hubert. The meals are always as pictured and advertised. Our server didn't let me get away with part anglais and part francais. Her silent smile allowed me the time to dredge up my words for the first time in a year. Her service was excellent and friendly. Why we eat here. She also accommodated our unique request. Last year, we brought along our granddaughters' studies, Bluey and Lemon, for a photo essay. We did the same with two new voyagers, whose names are not given. They struck the same pose on the kitty cart and made a great impression on the others in the restaurant.

I asked for a different sauce for my salad tonight because I don't like hot sauces. The waitress said I can serve you the sauce on the side but I cannot change the type of sauce for the Bangkok salad! I had to order a strawberry salade instead. There were a few old soggy strawberries in it and i had to toss them aside I also asked for my coleslaw in a take out bowl because I wanted to eat it later. Again, not possible because she said it's a free addition! ...I don't understand...I paid for the meal which included coleslaw. In all the years I've been to St-Hubert, it's the first time I had this type of service!

Stopped by this restaurant on our way back—it’s right off the highway, super convenient. The place is surprisingly spacious with a really nice interior. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Prices are reasonable, and even though it was quite busy, it didn’t feel noisy or chaotic at all. Definitely an unexpected gem to us！

one of the greatest dining experiences ive had in recent memory. service was incredibly fast and friendly, food was good, and it is truly a nice restaurant with thoughtful and pleasant decor. prices are pretty good considering the economy and all. i ordered the piri piri chicken, and it was amazing. definitely worth stopping here if you're on your way east.
