Kanda Sushi Bar offers fresh and delicious food with personalized service. The beef sashimi and tempura shrimp were outstanding, while the Kanda salad was surprisingly good. The sesame seed desserts were top-notch. Despite a slightly overcooked garlic pork dish, the sushi and hot foods were great overall. The friendly staff made the experience even better, with some serving extra pieces of salmon to taste. The quality of the food, including combos for take away, was excellent and good value for money. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff like Tommy, Alexis, and Vivyan, who made the visit special through their kindness and attention to detail. There was a humorous mix-up with an order, showing the welcoming atmosphere. With tasty nachos and a variety of fried foods, a return visit to Kanda is highly likely.
