Expect a wait. I Stood in line at the cashiers for about 15 minutes. Never got served. Nobody came to the cash to take my order. The workers were taken by the pick up drivers and their orders and those lines. Not even a hello or I’ll be with you in one minute. I finally made it to the cash. Workers are super kind and sweet. Smiling and calm. Coffee is hot but I’d advise travellers not to go here at all. Or if you do- expect to wait.
Hello, if you like to be rushed by a poorly polite waiter, who rushes people, and who does not understand what they are saying, go ahead, otherwise the other members of the staff are pleasant, cordially

The employees seem too busy talking to each other to pay attention to customers. The food quality is average for a Tim Hortons, so if you're in a hurry, you might want to consider going to McDonald's instead.
