I feel ashamed of some of my previous 5stars, that it needs to be compared with this 5stars.

this place is OVER THE TOP DELICIOUS. the attention to details,in the flavor, to make a perfect recipe is mind blowing. This place TASTE GOOD. The beef tartar IS MIND BLOWING. this will forever be the best Beef tartar of my life.

We were hungry and wanted food after a long, tedious car ride. What a masterpiece of a place. The place has nuances of Steam Punk, Mad Max and Gothic. It is very pleasant to the eye with wonders to discover at every turn. Being Sunday, pre-dinner the place was not full yet the atmosphere was joyous and just the right level of noise. Great team made of servers and their assistant. We chose our food from a very functional menu which cared to your dietary needs. I had a veggie burger, my partner fish and chips, along with a beer. He chose a blond ale. Wow! I am not a beer drinker yet my sip was delicious and smooth. They offer a tasting sampler of their various products. Next time, perhaps. The food was good, served on beautiful plates and portion perfect for an hungry travelers. Our server was superbe, knowledgable. Service was quick. We stayed a hour then left. The establishment seems to attract motorcycle enthusiasts so a gallery of perfect, beautiful and loved bikes added a fitting touch to the whole package. I enjoyed my stop. Next time we hope to see the brewery part in full action. Thank you.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Really happy, enjoyable experience while visiting Canada.The food was delicious , the trout was done perfectly. Plus our waitress spoke English which was a huge help.

Vegetarian options: Entrée with smoked trout was pretty good. Nachos with pulled duck was damned good too, especially after 8km of hike in the sentier du lac aqueduc 😁

Excellent service, food was good overall, they have a lot of merch and you can take some canned beers to go so that’s quite enjoyable

Smiling and efficient service, very varied menu, very very good trout trilogy palette however the croutons are hard, should give a choice of croutons or half baguette. Go for it without hesitation.

Very nice discovery. The service is impeccable, our waitress was very friendly. Very good quality of products, beautiful presentation of dishes. Possibility of eating a vegan burger. Atypical decoration and furniture, not very vegan… 🙃

Great service. Nice decor they have. We went for a beer tasting and it was nice to try new beers. They also sell beer cans and my partner went all crazy for them.

Bel endroit, ambiance décontractée et branchée, personnel compétent et attentionné, excellent choix de nourriture et de variétés de boissons alcoolisées, nourriture très bonne et de qualité, par contre porter une petite attention a la cuisson parfois celle ci est inégale d'une fois a l'autre, sinon je recommande vivement cet endroit

We made a lunch reservation at October 13th, arriving there there were plenty of tables to choose and the the waitress informed that the reservation was not even needed. So, I thought with myself, great we will get a good service in this case as the place is not busy.
However it was quite the opposite, after choosing a table, no menu or water was provided to us. I waited a few minutes, when I started to notice that more people was arriving and they were all receiving the menu and water on the table straight away, and a few tables that arrived after us was already ordering their food and drinks.
More time passed and several waitress passed close to our table giving a smiley, so I though, ok now they will provide us the service.
After long 15 minutes one waitress passed and said "OMG, I thought that you had already ordered!", I was like really, there is absolutely nothing on the table, besides salt and pepper that was there on the table. More 5 minutes has passed and they did not bring a glass of water or came back to check if we were ready to order.
So we decided to stand up and leave, the place was not even busy and we were not provided any service. Waste of our time going to this place.

We went on Saturday October 12, the linguine with shredded beef was very very bland, no taste. The trout also lacked taste, the burgers really overcooked the meat so much that the meat was crunchy. The Brisset was either overcooked or too rare. And this for the majority of people and there were 70 of us….. for me and many others it was our first experience at your micro brewery and unfortunately the last. On the other hand, I would like to say that the service was impeccable. The music is also way too loud. THANKS

The food was super good however the service was slow I was never offered other beer which was excellent by the way I finished it even before the meal arrived
