We ordered online and were told we would receive our order at 9:30am. To finally call at 9:55 a.m. to be told that deliveries only start at 10 a.m. and that the order would leave at that time.

We have visited this restaurant several times, hoping that things would improve, but unfortunately, they never did. The service is incredibly slow, and on each visit, our meals have arrived cold. We took the time to speak to the manager to detail our experience and express our disappointment, but nothing changes. It's really disappointing to see such a lack of consideration for customers. We sincerely hope that improvements will be made so that other customers do not have to go through the same experience.

I ordered a cheese pizza and it took 2.5 hours to be delivered even though I live 5 minutes' drive from the restaurant. A Sunday afternoon. The manager only offers desserts to apologize

My burger was very cold as was my boyfriend's and the waiter brought my bill while I was still eating. We waited several minutes before someone came to answer us and assign us to a table. Not the best evening for a $50 bill before tip.
