Stopped by for a coffee run on a weeknight after wrapping up some photo editing and this Tim Hortons in Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures did not disappoint. The dark roast was hot and fresh, and the honey cruller paired with it perfectly while I sat by the window catching the last bit of evening light for a few shots. Stopped in here last Saturday morning on a road trip through Quebec and was honestly impressed by how smooth everything went for a busy holiday weekend. The line moved fast and the staff were friendly even during the rush, which made a nice change from the chaos I expected.
