We had a wonderful experience sitting down at Ferme Bika with their own market garden products and local products from their partners. Contrary to the comments read before going there, it was indeed tasty, well seasoned, charming and we left with a full stomach without exaggeration!

Vegetarian options: I asked for a vegetarian option and the menu was adapted.

Like many, we had certain expectations, unfortunately they were far from being met.
First of all, the service is courteous, but not particularly warm. We would expect a little more for this type of table such as more elaborate explanations on the dishes.

Chef Ercan quickly presented the concept without much enthusiasm when we arrived, we had the impression that she would have preferred to be elsewhere... it's a shame, a bad day perhaps, possible.
The dishes are okay, nothing more. The experience is absolutely not worth the amount requested in our opinion. I understand the work in the field and the difficulty of operating responsibly, but I have visited much better tables of this type and this one does not deliver the goods.
The portions here are very small and the quantity/variety of dishes is not there. Not so original, not so tasty, not so elaborate...
The idea of “autonomy” and respect for products is exceptional in theory, but there are ways to do much better. No “WoW” for a bill of over $300, we left disappointed.
Absolutely nothing at Bika was worth the detour.
Luckily we were in wonderful company!

An experience to live.
Fine creative cuisine made with vegetables picked on site the same day depending on the season. Zero waste.
