Expensive for low quality food

Asparagus soup really good. They make bread in-house. We were served a dense white bread that was delicious. If you like blood pudding (boudin), this is the place to have it! Our Irish hearts were happy. Must reserve; they are always full house.

The staff are just incredibly wonderful. Very attentive, friendly, accommodating, and just make you feel at home. On top of that, the food is simply fabulous! You can bring your own wine, which makes going there not only a wonderful culinary experience with awesome wines you can bring, but also at a very reasonable price that you would not be able to get if you had to buy the same kind of wine directly. Love the place!

Beautiful and cozy restaurant in the heart of st-Bruno. Would recommend for date night or just a nice dinner with friends, on top of that it’s a bring your own wine! Love it. Service and food were lovely. The team here cares about their clients

Unfortunately, the experience this time was not good. As always, the restaurant is loud, but if you have gone before, you expect it. But this time, like last time, the food which used to be great is quite ordinary, especially for the price. $130 for a fish a few shrimps, I would not call a lobster tale what was in the plate and the meat which normally is outstanding, this time the bavette was tough and not well marinated. The burger no taste even with the foie gras. No, this time was not up to standard. We will try it one more time and we will see. It is a chance that it is bring your own wine. Otherwise, it would have left a sour taste last night.

Went on a Tuesday. Service was attentive and they accommodated us sharing all dishes. We particularly appreciated the dozen extra plates and forks over the course of the evening.

All food was very good. However, many of the dishes we had were somewhat under salted, and lacked sufficient acid. (I'm not a smoker, so that's not a factor. )

The celeriac soup was excellent. The duck confit was marvelous. The smoked beef was nicely balanced by the acid in the goat cheese. The creme brulee was textbook perfect with a pleasantly thick sugar crust.

The other dishes we had needed more of the sour sauces/salt/spice described in the menu. We had both tartares, the octopus, the beef bavette and the amandine in this category.

I would go back. I reiterate, all of the food was good.

What a surprising great experience we had yesterday evening. We made a reservation and quickly showed are table upstairs where Daphnée guided us to the table. She and her team made sure that we will enjoy the service and food. We started with an entree. We could bring our own wine. Every dish was presented with a smile and tasted incredible. After our main dish we finished it with desert. The parking around the restaurant makes it easy to visit the bistro. We wanted to thank Daphnée and her team for a wonderful evening.

We’ve been here a few times but it was the first time with our baby. It was evening and near her bedtime so she was fussy, but everyone was so sweet. Even the guests were playing with her. The food was amazing and our 11 month old couldn’t get enough of the escargot, bone marrow, and seared fois gras. Hands down best bring your own bottle in the South Shore. Great ambiance, service, and food. Can’t wait to go back!

My husband and I both have allergies - I’m allergic to dairy and he’s celiac and allergic to dairy. When we arrived we told them about our allergies and they said we could get anything on the menu and they would make it work.
I ordered their special - the original sauce had dairy in it but the server said the cooks would be able to make me a sauce without dairy.
We waited for over an hour for our food.
When we got our food, they used gravy for my ravioli sauce. My partner was missing some of his meal. His meal was mediocre, mine was nearly inedible.
It was also $40/plate.
The server was too busy to check on us, so we weren’t able to complain and change our dishes.
I think it’s a great place if you have no allergies - their menu looked amazing, but don’t go here if you have allergies.

I usually love this restaurant, but not this time.
We wait a lot for our dishes and when my filet mignon arrive what well done when I ordered médium saignante, after waiting almost half an hour between finishing the starter and the main course.
The taste was quite average for what we expected from this restaurant that we usually like a lot.

One of the best “bring your own wine” restaurants on the South Shore. Warm place, excellent service and perfect menu.
