Horrible food and no value for money.... Seriously they charge too much for a can of drink... Food is stale and horrible.... Too expensive for the quality and quantity. Never go here

Very disappointing experience and unacceptable customer service.

I sent my daughter to this Manchu Wok location to pick up food we ordered through Too Good To Go. We ordered partly to support the business and partly because the quality and portion sizes here are no longer what they used to be. Portions are about half of what they are at other Manchu Wok locations, which is why we had already stopped going to this location.

The bigger issue is the attitude of the staff. The woman working there was extremely rude to my daughter. There had just been a very bad snowstorm, and she arrived only 4 minutes past the pickup time. When my daughter explained the reason, the response she received was: “I don’t care, you better not arrive late next time.”

To put this in perspective, this was on a Thursday, the pickup was at 4:04 pm, and the restaurant closes at 9 pm. It was not a situation where anyone’s time was being held up or operations disrupted. There was simply no reason for that level of hostility.

This is not the first time this employee has been rude, but this interaction was by far the worst. If a business chooses to be on the Too Good To Go app, customers should not be made to feel uncomfortable or spoken to disrespectfully, especially under reasonable circumstances like severe weather.

Based on the repeated poor service and declining value at this location, I will not be returning.

I love the Manchu Wok in Promenades De L'Outaouais. I ordered the same food in St Bruno and was disappointed. The noodles, General Tao and beef with broccoli were not tasty and the meat dishes were a smaller quantity as the noodles filled the plate.

Ladies were pushy, didn't listen...the food tasted old. Save your money, eat somewhere else so it doesn't ruin the taste for Chinese food.

Unfortunately I can't give a zero so I had to give 1 star.
I ordered a 2 choice dish the quantity was just mediocre while right next to the other restaurant offering twice the quantity.
Without forgetting the best customer service hehe.
the furious madame who neither smiles nor says hello, serves you firmly and angrily when you ask what to make your choice she doesn't care she wants to do it live and move on o next (even there was no one but me) but she doesn’t forget to tell you again, what do you drink with, what do you drink with…..
In short, this opinion remains just a personal opinion, but I advise you to see from afar the behavior with customers and the quantity offered before getting started. It costs nothing but it saves you from a scam. You pay, you deserve good service and good food.

The two ladies who work there are really very unpleasant! Not to mention the quantity they serve she had a plate for 1 choice I said I want two choices she didn't change the plate she instead served me a very small quantity of each for $16 it's not worth it at all (thai express right next door with almost double the quantity)! And don't forget if you buy a drink you're not entitled to a glass and I also asked for a glass of water and she told me no!

The worker serving the food is so impatient and horrible. I wanted rice and noodles but she didn't even listen and put rice and macaroni. She kept shouting and rushing me not even giving time to choose the sides. Horrible experience.
They need to do better!

I had the menu of noodles/rice + two side dishes, but the noodles were a bit odd. And the side dishes were spicy seasoned chicken soup and red seasoned chicken soup, but both tasted like I couldn't tell what they were...
Maybe it's because I've never tried Vietnamese food, but it didn't taste good to me.

Dish with little taste... don't agree to give a simple glass of water when you take a dish... switch to English when you ask for explanations... in short, I don't recommend it at all!
