For some reason I like their McFlurries. Bought 2 one for myself and one for another. First McDonalds use to stir their McFlurries so the smarties piece were mixed throughout of dessert. But mine the smarties were all on top so it was like eating a bag of just smarties and then having a bit of vanilla ice cream after. Next the other one was similar but a s’mores with all the candy on top but part way through the dessert my friend bit down on something that came out of the ice cream. It was a broken off piece of plastic from a cup cover so something. Yikes how disgusting. Then I started thinking what if that was off of something a worker was drinking or eating from and it fell into our dessert. Was mixed in. With Covid, RSV and now the mumps on the rise I would hate to think what one could catch from that. We had to throw our desserts out. Very disappointed with our McDonald’s. You need to do better.

The girl with the glasses working at the front was completely disrespectful she got my order wrong and then when she corrected it she handed me my McFlurry aggressively onto the counter, I as well saw her being disrespectful and rolling her eyes after a child that asked her for water I am very disappointed about the service here I will not be returning until she is going to be fired horrible environment.
Just saying Hi and bye seems difficult to do for this staff.

It just seems that it is impossible to give a good rating here. Only car in line up. Waited over 1 minute to give order. Gave order for 2 medium coffees. Person cut me off. Did not even have a chance to state what I wanted in our coffees as she said to move up to second window. Waited for them to come back on speaker. At the window, I reached for the coffee but as coming through my window, the lid popped off sending coffee into the car and on to me. I did not make a big deal about it. Got home. They screwed up both coffees.
