Quick service and the new Cloud coffee was very good. I’ll be back when I’m in the area!

McDonald's in the greater Montreal area is a popular dining destination for many. The restaurant is known for its consistently juicy meat, perfectly cooked fries, and reliable order accuracy, whether visited during the day or night. While the overall experience is generally positive, some customers have expressed disappointment with certain menu items, such as the McFlurry desserts.
One reviewer shared their experience of receiving a McFlurry where the toppings were not properly mixed throughout the dessert, resulting in an unbalanced flavor profile. Another reviewer had an even more concerning incident, where their friend found a broken piece of plastic in their s'mores McFlurry. This discovery led the reviewer to worry about potential health risks, especially given the current concerns around illnesses like COVID-19, RSV, and mumps.
Despite these isolated issues, the restaurant has demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction, with the management team promptly addressing the concerns and providing appropriate compensation. Overall, McDonald's in the greater Montreal area seems to offer a generally reliable and enjoyable dining experience, with the occasional room for improvement in specific menu items and food preparation.
