The canollis for my dessert tomorrow are disappointing. I should have ordered other things. It remains a place that I love despite everything.

Frankly!!! It's not easy to have a bakery in a city of rich people. $37 12 macaroons a shock upon arrival at the checkout. Even the macaroon has gained value

i like this place but somehow, every time i go there and buy a meal, its always super cold. I always ask to heat it twice, but it seems very hard to do and they make you feel like they always in a rush. bakery are pretty good though

I like this store because you can find a lot of things to eat there: a nice bakery, lots of pastries and a variety of desserts. But also a delicatessen grocery store, a diverse catering counter ranging from salads to sandwiches to pizzas. And also a restaurant area for lunch or dinner on site.
I'm never disappointed with what I buy even if I often find that it's a little better at Première Moisson. But for that we have to go until Dix30...

Lack of consistency in the quality of tomato pizza. Today the dough was thick, the filling almost dry and so salty that it burned your mouth. Other times the filling is delicious and runny with lots of olive oil which gives a nice, good texture to the dough. It's so disappointing, it's become a lottery to buy a tomato pizza from them. I don't play anymore!!

No gluten free option

Very very disappointed, I was with my 4 year old daughter who was starting to feel cold because of the air conditioning, I was warming her up while waiting for our turn (we had arrived at the counter so it was our turn) when the cashier asks who an old lady rushes to go to our place and the waitress doesn't say anything, lets the old chap go by and make her order as if we didn't exist, usually I would have gotten angry but since I was with my daughter I preferred to leave and show her a good example, so if you are with young children who are cold know that you are not a priority for them but the old ones are, the past to the detriment of the future, well done
Ps I was planning a good big expense for my sugar babies but I went to do it in another bakery which was happy to have introduced the pastries to little young people

Depuis 3 mois la qualité a nettement diminuée sur le pain et en particulier les baguettes. Manque de cuisson, croûte fine et constamment molles (je suis un client régulier depuis 5 ans), les baguettes étaient excellentes, elles sont désormais plus a la qualité exigée pour le prix, vraiment dommage. Obligé de changer de boulangerie.

I bought half cream and half custard mille-feuilles but when I got home, it was only custard.
The cream was only on the front of the top to make it appear that it is cream and this part that is put forward to make customers believe that the first layer was the entire cream.
You have to be careful because it's theft.

poor customer service, the waitress spoke to me badly when I kindly asked to be served, almost I had disturbed her, the height of it. in the end I didn't buy anything, plus what are these new prices, no but.... tartlets for $7, mini cakes intended for 6 people (not even for 4) at $36 but that's okay not, we in any case, we won't go anymore. POINT.
