“J'avais entendu de mauvais commentaires sur ce restaurant, c'est pourquoi j'ai pris un bon moment avant de commander. Voici mon expérience : Mon conjoint vient d'aller chercher une pizza large "spéciale du chef" qui était prête en 10 minutes. Montage et cuisson inclus ? Résultat : des bouts froids à l'intérieur, une pâte molle… Clairement une pizza congelée pas assez cuite. J'habite à côté, et ça prend 5 minutes pour aller au Henry (chertsey). J'ai pris une bouchée froide qui goûtait littéralement le congélateur. Si elle avait été mieux cuite, je ne m'en serais peut-être pas rendu compte, mais le chef n'a pas fait son travail correctement. S'assurer que la cuisson des aliments est adéquate avant de les servir aux clients, c'est la base. Bref, 35 $ pour une pizza congelée, sérieusement ? C'est vraiment se moquer des gens. Et quand mon conjoint a appelé, la personne nous a dit que tout était frais et préparé sur place et que la pizza avait peut-être refroidi. Pourtant, elle sortait littéralement du four quand il est arrivé. Mentir à ses clients, c'est un gros NON. J'ai travaillé en restauration, et je sais qu'il est impossible de monter une pizza large et de la cuire en seulement 10 minutes. Le résultat de cuisson n'a absolument rien à voir avec une pizza fraîche!“

“Super service, personnel souriant et attentionné, même en ces temps difficiles, bonne bouffe, je recommande. J'ai pu rapporter à la maison la moitié de mon plat de côtes levées et tendres de poulet avec purée de pommes de terre à l'ail (c'est une bonne grosse assiette, voir photo). Les prix sont un peu élevés, mais je suppose que c'est rendu la norme (deuxième sortie depuis 2020 et première visite à ce restaurant-là). Je dis plus cela pour vous prévenir de prévoir un bon budget quand vous sortez au restaurant. Je n'étais pas venue à Joliette depuis deux ans et mes proches m'ont appris la fermeture de beaucoup trop de restaurants quand nous cherchions où sortir souper. Merci au personnel de la Terraza pour cette belle soirée presque normale! ;)“

“There were 6 employees on site, not a single soul tended to the trash cans, the dishes on the counters, swept the floor. The place looked like a dump! And there were no customers besides my daughter, my husband and I.The only person offering service at the cash didn't smile much, but I understand; she seemed like the only person working, so that would not sit well with me either looking at my colleagues counting the ceiling tiles!“

“The team, skilfully led by the warm and smiling Esteban, always works very hard to provide fast service that meets the needs of the people it serves. Although we are number 2122 or 403, we never feel like one. Each customer is important to them, especially to Mr. Esteban, who at each visit makes it a point of honor that each person leaves happy and satisfied. “Okkkkk... I am someone who usually HATES McDonald's and everything that it stands for and I will avoid eating at any location ever. But today we were passing through this small quiet town and there wasn't much else open and we were ravenously hungry. We got burgers, fries, nuggets and a mcflurry. I have to admit that the fries were hot and fresh, salted perfectly. My burger was well made and the nuggets were crispy and hot. The staff was polite and service was fast even at the supper rush time. I was extremely surprised to have enjoyed my meal as much as I did, fast and efficient all around. Bathrooms were clean too. Nothing bad to say about my experience at this location.“
