“Tried the Double Yumi Cheeseburger. It was a pretty solid burger overall. The patty was flavorful and juicy, pairing really well with the cheddar cheese. I just wish the patty had a bit more of a charred, smoky flavor. That said, it’s still a decent burger, just slightly overpriced for what you get. Atmosphere is clean, and service was pretty quick.“

“I’m visiting from abroad and came specifically to try poutine and BeaverTail. Viviane was wonderful, kind, very patient and helped me order. The bacon poutine and the brownie BeaverTail were both delicious, prepared quickly, and packed perfectly for takeout. I loved the BeaverTail, the texture was so soft and crunchy at the same time. Would definitely recommend, and the price was fine!“

“Just moved to Lasalle last week, and remembered I had tried this place way back at the height of the pandemic . Again , it didn’t disappoint, had a 14-inch #14 sub….they are just massive! Very polite on the phone, spoke English , delivery guy arrived promptly , and the best part….:I am a huge tipper, but please I hate the guilt trips since COVID…their machine gives you the option to leave ZERO, which I prefer as I like to put cash right in the driver’s hand. So happy I chose you guys instead of DoorDash , MANZO RULES !!!“

“We were visiting from Ontario and stopped in. A little confusing because it's upstairs of another restaurant. Small & clean space.
The service was great, both gentlemen were helpful, and friendly. Assisted with explaining the menu, and nice small talk. Most important the food was absolutely delicious, fresh and filling. Would go there again.“

As someone who cooks all the time, I'm extremely critical about food quality and taste. That's why I was genuinely surprised and impressed with Poulet Rouge on my first visit!
We ordered the chicken bowl with salad and quinoa, the chicken bowl with brown rice, and the chicken poutine. Everything exceeded my expectations for a fast food franchise. The chicken was well-seasoned and properly cooked, the ingredients tasted fresh, and the flavors were spot-on. This isn't your typical fast food - the quality really shows.
Beyond the food, the service was great, the restaurant was clean, and there was comfortable seating available. Our order came out quickly without compromising on taste or presentation.
What really seals the deal is the pricing - it's actually affordable, which is rare these days given the current economy. You're getting quality food at a fair price point.
I'm genuinely excited to go back, which says a lot coming from someone who usually prefers home-cooked meals. Poulet Rouge has earned a regular customer. Highly recommend giving them a try!“

“It was the best fried chicken we’ve had in a long time!!! 🥹😍 The spaghetti reminds me of Jollibee. I love that it has so much sauce. The bbq was tender, easy to eat and the shanghai was good too! “Poutine - really good. perfect on the curds and gravy (has a bit of kick which I liked) but fries are bigger than what I would like. Much better than what I’ve had so def recommend.
Steamies were disappointing - dogs were small and toppings lacked flavour.

*UPDATE 2025.12.03: Strange. The first time I needed assistance to place a large order for a group of 40, I had plenty of help but not today. I was not-so-gently redirected to place the order online - the incentive being there are no discounts or deals when you call and online costs $70 less!
But now my card is not going through (not a MC issue/they confirmed all was fine) and I can't place the order. So what now?
There is no help online. No customer service hotline that can assist. I need to wait for the store to open at 11 am but that will be very lasty-minute for such a large order.
I guess that's what happens when corporations cut back to make more profit - the customer winds up floundering.
I guess I'm back to finding alternatives for the group lunch. What a shame.“

“Food. Typical quality you expect at a Lafleur. Well cooked and prepared and good taste.
Service. Bilingual and friendly.
Atmosphere. Ok. It’s fast food without personality.
Loved Lafleur’s for years and have been coming hear for almost as many. The newer update of the building is a bit colder and lacks the nostalgic personality of the old place and is much roomier and streamlined, but personality and warmth are now gone.
The michigans are as usual delicious and sauce yummy. The dog is the dog and always good.
The fry was tasty and the portion very generous, interesting far superior to a New York Fry product, around the same price, tastier; and more than TWICE the portion. NYF needs to learn a thing or two from this chain.
No complaints. The reason why the food is not a 5 is that it’s not exception. It’s a very very good place for this fast food, but there are other places that serve this type of food at a higher level so I hold back.

“I stop here a lot and love the food. Sure, there are a lot of Belle Province Restaurants in Quebec, but will they make you a smoked meat poutine for breakfast? Probably not. These guys are the best group of people ever. Try the Sous Marin Speciale. Smoked meat poutine. Or ever steamed hot dogs my toppings of choice are mustard and onion with cayenne pepper. Washed down with a glass bottle of coke. The glass bottle just makes it that much better.“

“Great atmosphere, poutine is Fuego. It was nice back in 2017-2019 when they were open late and us bar folks could skippity hop on over for fries and ketchup (cheapest thing at the time for me haha)
I remember when a lot of High School acquaintances worked here, they were all great people. New clientele and manager real polite and kind. Courteous and professional staff.
Food is great still, has that La Belle Province vibe. If you're in town during the week, make sure to stop by for lunch!“

“In Quebec for a short time and 1st time eating here, about 6pm tonight. Staff were awesome! I speak almost zero French but they were super helpful and very friendly. Ordered the double burger and onion rings, guy suggested the cherry sauce......so good!!! The burger was sooooooo much better than anywhere else. Juicy and tasty.

“Took my family of 4 after a disappointing meal elsewhere nearby. My 10yo son has been asking for KFC for awhile, but normally we don't do fast-food. This being his first time to a KFC was great, the food was delicious and the lady serving us was extremely nice. “It's a family run business where the owners are coming and serving. Everything we go they always have a smile on their faces and are very friendly. The food is always good and they take great care in preparing it. Perfectly bilingual, and they have a big variety of options. They have Coke, Pepsi and many options for drinks. Definitely recommend for those cheat nights!“
