Brasserie Lac Brompton offers a spacious dining area with a good selection of meals and drinks. The service is excellent, with a special mention for the outstanding service and warm smile of the staff. The waterfront location provides ample parking space. The restaurant is also kid-friendly, making it a great choice for families. Guests highly recommend trying the calamari.
The food is very good, with perfectly cooked steak and generous portions. Customers enjoyed sharing large plates with poutine. The restaurant provides a beautiful view and overall good value. Visitors have praised the delicious dishes, such as shrimp and beef tartare, served on the heated terrace with great service.
While the majority of visits have been positive, one customer mentioned an issue with a cold waitress who seemed eager for them to leave, denying their request for dessert and separate bills. However, this appears to be an isolated incident, as the restaurant generally receives high marks for its food, ambiance, and hospitality.
