The weekday staff is very competent, they are still fast with the few staff they have. On the other hand, on the weekend, the students who work there don't seem too eager to work. Sometimes on Saturday or Sunday you have to wait almost 25 minutes for a cheese burger which is really too long by McDonald's standards. They should hire young people who want to work and who are a little faster, especially during the dinner rush.

Although I only had an hour for dinner, I waited 40 minutes in line before my order was taken and I realized at the very last minute that the cashier had instructions not to take orders at the counter or to delay them to ease the pace in the kitchens and that is why only orders at the order terminal were processed.So I couldn't have dinner!! This is unacceptable.
I asked for a burger without cheese for my dairy-intolerant daughter. On the invoice I notice that they wrote quarter pound cheese. I inform the cashier of their mistake. She insists that it was me who asked WITH cheese.... I inform her that no, that's not the case... she tells me that I will receive a Burger WITH cheese! ..well let's see!...as the order has still not been prepared another cashier says that it's ok that they will notify the cook. 15 minutes later I received my order with the burger WITH cheese!!! I go back to see them and they make me wait more than 6 minutes before giving me a burger WITHOUT cheese! The service is slow, a cashier dared to tell me that it was me who ordered a burger WITH an ingredient that my daughter is intolerant of! Honestly how many times I have to order a dairy-FREE product! I know what I say! Very shocking and service too slow too often because it is not the first time that we go to this restaurant and the waiting time is endless. You lost me as a customer!
