We ordered on a Thursday evening at 7 p.m. there was no one there and it took 15 minutes to have a trio of Big Macs, the employees chatted among themselves and didn't take care of us last time I went
Although I only had an hour for dinner, I waited 40 minutes in line before my order was taken and I realized at the very last minute that the cashier had instructions not to take orders at the counter or to delay them to ease the pace in the kitchens and that is why only orders at the order terminal were processed.So I couldn't have dinner!! This is unacceptable.

The weekday staff is very competent, they are still fast with the few staff they have. On the other hand, on the weekend, the students who work there don't seem too eager to work. Sometimes on Saturday or Sunday you have to wait almost 25 minutes for a cheese burger which is really too long by McDonald's standards. They should hire young people who want to work and who are a little faster, especially during the dinner rush.
