This is a family restaurant. When did St-Hubert get so pricey? this is simple canadian style food. You always get good food. I'd have to say that the chicken was exceptionally tender and juicy this last vist. It was a little noisy with some kids, but thats expected sometimes.
The food is okay, but I have high standards. Not the place to go if looking for something extraordinary. Still decent though, probably especially if you order their specialty (chicken). I did like the atmosphere, somewhere between casual and elevated.

The Restaurant et bar St-Hubert is known for its delicious roast chicken, particularly the Piri-Piri variety. The service is consistently good, whether dining in or taking out. However, it is recommended to order the spicy wings without spice if one prefers a milder flavor. The restaurant's cleanliness and atmosphere are generally commendable.
The staff is friendly and attentive, providing special care to the presentation of the food. The kids' menu is particularly well-presented, with the plate designed as a cardboard car and the chicken bits shaped like animals. The ice cream even imitates a clown, with the cone being upside down as the clown's hat.
Parking is not an issue, as there is a large parking lot around the restaurant, and a Level 2 EV charger is available for up to 2.5 hours. The restaurant is also kid-friendly, with a special menu and activities on the placemats.
Customers have praised the excellent service, with one waitress, Laurie, being described as a "real ray of sunshine." The food quality is also highly regarded, with one customer speechless after tasting a wonderful chicken thigh accompanied by crispy sweet potato cooked to perfection.
While the service is generally fast, and the meal is hot, there have been instances where the accompanying sauce was cold. The coleslaw, however, remains a favorite among customers.
