Waited 5 minutes no one came to see me. Serves the drive-thru, but ignores the customer inside. Poor cleanliness, flies and bees on the beige ones in the display. Not a welcoming and poorly maintained place. We decided to leave and I will never return to this Tim Horton.Parking: Several
Blatant lack of organization, rude and rude employees. I have rarely seen employees insult customers.The shelves are always half empty. Slow service, it takes forever to get served/receive your order.Avoid this place... go to Couche-Tard next door or the McDo across the street... you will be better served.

Unpleasant when statistics take over customer service. At the drive-thru, we are asked to wait for our order in the parking lot in front even though there is no one in line behind. All this to make it appear that they serve their customers quickly. If I switch to drive-thru ordering, I don't want to have to park in the front, wait and then get out.
