Always had good, fast, error-free service (I go there 4-5 times a month, always on weekends), but this morning, thirty-five minutes in the drive-thru line. THIRTY-FIVE MINUTES!! WHAT IS GOING ON?! There are almost 10 employees in a space of around 10m square and they find a way to make us wait more than half an hour?! This service is unacceptable today!
There is a lady who prepares the food, she yells (screams) so loudly, that we can hear her from outside. Really unpleasant. Spending your time yelling but saying thank you at the end isn't great either
