18 mins to wait in line and it's only 2 mins after for your 1 large coffee.
They always seemed understaffed, and the drive-thru line could be incredibly long.
I’m not sure if the understaffing was the cause, but I ordered a chicken wrap and discovered it was missing chicken when I got home 15 minutes later. I had to drive back to the store and, when I asked to speak to a manager, they immediately assumed I was complaining for no reason.
