The music (chansonnier) was much too loud for dinner time...you had to shout to be heard. Maybe background music during dinner hours and louder after 8 p.m.?

Hello, we were visiting Saint-Georges and decided to have dinner at the shaker, because I have tried the shaker in Laval and the one in Rimouski several times and I love it. However, I was really disappointed with the quality of service. A first waitress came to take our order for drinks and then sat at the bar in front of us without saying anything. A second came and we ordered our starters and our meal, as well as a bottle of wine. The service was garrotte...as if she wanted to get rid of it. we received our bottle of wine when we had just received our cocktail. The waitress didn't clear our plates from the starter after 15-20 minutes, we had to tell her because she never came to see us. There were two of us on a small high table, so it took up a lot of space. The beef tartare was way too salty and the two salmon tartare tasted weird and we received bad croutons. Also we had a mountain of salad which hid our tartars. The presentation was really to be desired. The waitress never came to ask us if it was okay. She came to us after the meal to ask if we wanted the bill, but our wine glasses were full and there was wine left in the bottle. In short, a big disappointment and it cost us $200 for this bad service and ordinary and poorly seasoned food. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Waitress in a hurry and in the end she sends us another waitress without explanation. He turns up the volume of the music and we have trouble understanding each other. I ask for a tuna tataki and it comes with a 9 piece instead of the $$$ 6. No one comes to see us throughout the meal! We have to ask for condiments and our bill.
They then wanted to make a return via their information... on this platform and 0 returns. A service that is simply not there for the good of customers. Not one, not 2, not 3 but several people do not respond to adequate service.
What a shame!!!
This is not general at the Shaker subsidiary since I give Lévis 5*, and Quebec 2.

Honestly when I reply to reread my comment, I no longer have access to them. This is zero customer service. I go to so many places but this one ST-GEORGES shows me a lack of respect for customers unlike anywhere else ?‍??

Vegetarian options: Several choices available. All the tartars are excellent. Veggie Burger also available

Kid-friendliness: Great children's menu and drinks. We went there with our two daughters aged 12 and 14 and they loved it.

Very good food! Unfortunately our waitress served us 2 duo of 4 oz tartare when we ordered 2 oz duo. Not knowing the quantity or the difference when we received the dish, a good part was not eaten. Despite everything, the 2 duo were loaded with 4oz when we ordered and consumed a 2oz.
