Harvey's is a restaurant with a nostalgic appeal, where guests can enjoy a pleasant visit. The fries, however, are a letdown in terms of taste and portion. The restaurant has friendly employees, but some areas need improvement. The parking section has issues with non-disabled parkers taking up reserved spots, and the drive-thru can be slow. Inside, the grill cook sometimes struggles to cook meatballs to perfection, and fries containers are often half full. Cleanliness can be a problem, especially in the men's restroom, and the dining area can be quite cold. Despite these issues, the staff is courteous and efficient, making for a generally pleasant dining experience.
