Just wanted to go eat something quick and good. First and last time at “Harvey’s”. Very slow, forget the fries and a spoon for my daughter's poutine. The channel decides to remove the flaws from the service. My drinks tasted bad.

No one answers the drive-thru even though the restaurant is open. I walked up to the window and was motioned to wait a minute. A gentleman comes to the front of the store, looks at me and walks back to the back. They ended up coming to see me and I was asked to go around again and go back to the drive-thru.... It's absurd... I finally left and I won't come back to this restaurant! !! Really bad service...

Harvey's is a good restaurant but with some irritants...Parking section:People absolutely do not respect the few places reserved for the disabled, near the door.The last times we went, the 2 vehicles that were parked in the disabled section did not have a sticker hanging on the central mirror, in the vehicles and the people in these vehicles had no disabilities.In addition, there are no posts with clear signs on the cement strip indicating that this is a section reserved for the disabled. Just 2 painted drawings on the ground, but faded.Drive-thru section:Long and must be repeated often when ordering.In addition, when we arrive to pay at the counter, 3 times out of 5, the clerk has to run change to his or her manager because he or she does not have any in his or her cash register = Waste of time.Put some change in your cash register!Restaurant section:Employees are generally all friendly.The grill cook has a hard time cooking his meatballs well, when we ask for them well cooked.Fries containers are often half full.
