The support manager is really not respectful. When I would like to talk to him he thinks he is god and doesn't care about his customers' opinions. I told him I wouldn’t come to this place again and he replied with an “ok”. I told him to be respectful and he told me that he was and that we had to accept injustice in life. I had the worst experience ordering delivered. There was an item missing from my order. I called the number listed in the app for help twice. The first time, they told me that they couldn't help me because they wouldn't deliver an item and couldn't reimburse me either. They said to call the restaurant myself. When I told them to call he hung up the phone. The second call was the same thing. I finally called the restaurant and was told to call doordash. Wow!!! ping pong, ping pong. Quite a service.
