Mia Pasta - St-Hyacinthe offers generous portions of decent quality express meals, including gluten-free rice noodles. The service is great, with wonderful employees making the experience noteworthy. Food is really good and tasty. Customers can sense that employees are happy to work there. It's good, it's quick, not that expensive and they come in a good quantity. The service is impeccable with a smile, it’s a real pleasure. Very good carbonara but it lacked a little sauce. The bacon was plentiful and delicious. The garlic bread that came with the dish was a small piece. Parking is very easy and it's free.
