Incredible sucre à la crème and milles-feuilles- I waited for them to be prepared and they did not disappoint !! Amazing

Meilleurs gâteaux qu'on peut trouver à Saint-Hyacinthe depuis leur ouverture. Fraîcheur, qualité, goût exeptionnel et originalité c'est ce wui distingue cette pâtisserie. Recevoir un gâteau de la Demi-Calorie c'est vraiment un cadeau génial !!
Randomly grabbed a pastry from this shop, and wow so good and fresh. Sweetness level is just perfect. Unfortunately I don't know which I got but it got almonds on it. Was not able to take pic before eating it too lol. Good customer service too. I just got one piece but he boxed it nicely. If ever I return to St. Hyacinthe, will stop by again and try their other pastries.
