Me and my mother are very critical about food and that day we went to each eat a brisket with fries, coleslaw... We were very satisfied, it was excellent and I'm not embarrassed to say that it's the best chicken in St-Hyacinthe. Well cooked, beautiful crispy skin, wonderful coleslaw, incredibly good fries and the perfect sauce with a slight Pakistani accent..
