My 5 everywhere will not raise the rating, given the 600 or so comments, but it is deserved. We go there with friends and everyone is happy every time.
We sometimes stay there beyond 2 p.m. and no one comes to push us to leave.
Service, menu, food everything is excellent.

Really nice and friendly waiter.
We were very close to a window so a little away from the groups which was perfect for my partner and me because it was less noisy.
The prices are very reasonable.
Excellent food (chicken salad and skewer).
We will return

- the waitress doesn't seem interested when we don't have alcohol
-don't ask if we want something else to drink
- didn't offer ketchups as there were fries
- we had to ask for a drink
- ask at the end of the main meal if it is to our liking
- asks if we want anything else, so yes dessert but don't offer coffee or tea, don't bring new napkins (we had to ask him again)
- puts the bill on the table very dryly
- so not a good attitude at all

Not to return to St-Hyacinthe at all

Very disappointed !!! 1 the sun beats very hard in the windows and they are very hot (lack of ventilation) 2 the waitress really not interested when we are alone without alcohol at the table (probably fewer tips in her head) not even me asked if I wanted something to drink. Didn't ask me if everything was to my liking and I had the worst filet mignon of my life! Filled with nerves unable to cut my meat!! Tried 3 times that she sees me to exchange my steak, no way to get her look so... I was entitled to 50% off... seriously it's my favorite restaurant ever but the one in st Hyacinth to forget!!! For the rest it was ok... potatoes and rice (not very large portion) Caesar salad was good and generous.

We had reserved for 6 people, despite the restaurant being filled to capacity, we had impeccable service, the waitress was extremely kind, the plates were hot and served quickly, we all had a wonderful evening.
