The restaurant closes at 9 p.m. both on the sign and on the internet, the employee inside looks at me as he arrives continues to sweep and the door is blocked so no one comes in and all this is at 7:30 p.m., 1 hour and a half before closing, really disappointing as customer service, I will never return to this store!

Young lady working at 5pm today was wonderful. We had an obvious language barrier, but we all managed well with a translating app. She apologized, even though it's our fault speaking English only in a French province, and she was incredibly kind the whole time.

Very negative. The schedule says that on Thursday evening it closes at 9:30 p.m. At 8:50 p.m. the employee said it was closed. I told him that the schedule was at 9:30 p.m. He replied that his cash register was closed and that he was no longer serving. and it was clear that he was not very motivated. after that we wonder why some restaurants are not doing well. it is certain that with such few employees motivated the company takes a hit.

To begin with I would give 0 stars. The employee who worked Saturday March 2 around the evening seemed really stupid. Don't even smile, his counter was disgusting. He didn't even bother to change the gloves he was using. The bread he served me, I don't know if it was rock or something else. In short, very bad experience at the Subway in Saint Thomas. I would not recommend this restaurant to you!!!"
