I ordered a Blackberry Yuzu with sparkling water but received a Wild Berry with lemonade instead. I also asked for a hot brown sugar latte, but got a plain latte with no sugar. That might’ve been due to the language barrier—I don’t speak French. But honestly, it’s no big deal. The overall experience was still great! The place has a nice vibe and I’d definitely come back.

After the confirmation of 4 times still got the wrong order. When we complained they didn’t gave any compensation just proceed with the refund after request.not even the sry word i heard. Such a worse experience at tim hortons first time ever. Not a good service at all…

I advise against it.. already no smile, then they look down on customers when they make a mistake.. almost saying that it is the customer's problem if there was an error.. the customer service is scandalous.
A minimum of respect would have been appreciated.
The person in charge of the team doesn't even care about the customers, they just ignore them..
