Disappointed by the service — even for a simple order.
I stopped by Tim Hortons today to grab something simple: a cold coffee and some potato wedges. It took over five minutes just to place the order, not even counting the wait to get the food. The line was huge, and when it was finally my turn, the woman taking my order kept interrupting the process to serve other customers.

Tim Hortons provides good service, but limited seating area, with a long counter and stools, as it's connected to a convenience store. Orders are served relatively quickly, but be cautious when ordering, as mistakes can happen. Parking can be challenging due to shared space with a service station.
