Je pense que c'est une nouvelle administration, les assiettes sont rehaussées avec des produits du terroir de l'ile, les portions sont vraiment très généreuses, le brunch déjeuner succulent avec de la nourriture chaude cuite juste a point, le café est excellent, le service accueillant et courtois, prix raisonnable pour l'ile d'Orléans. On y retournera prochainement.
