This place is top tier. Great view of the St. Lawrence. Food was amazing. It is very clear that all staff take great pride in their work and service. I did my best to speak French (even though the staff were very well spoken in English) and failed miserably, but they were kind and understanding and helped me out patiently. Such a wonderful experience at a hidden gem! Merci!
It’s on the second floor. Take the outside stairs on the side of the building.
Now closing at midnight on Saturday night and not 3 AM because not enough people.
I love their Bam Bam, which is an IPA citra ginger of 6%.

Had lunch at Ras L’bock Artisan and loved it! The seafood pasta was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was warm and relaxed — a great spot to enjoy good food and local vibes in Quebec City.

Ras L'Bock - Artisan Brasseurs is a must-visit pub with a breathtaking river view, perfect for enjoying on the terrace. It offers an excellent selection of beers, including Blanche d'Haberville, Monsieur Madame, Barbe Bière, Viendras Bien, and McSteeve, along with mixology cocktails. The friendly and welcoming staff adds to the great atmosphere. Although the food options are limited, the available dishes, such as the salty cheese from St-Jean Port-Joli, are delicious. The location is just WOW, with motorcycle parking nearby. The only downside is that food from the restaurant downstairs cannot be served upstairs.
