You won't be able to disgust me with that!!! » and this same employee comes out of the kitchen right next to our seat and goes there again, shouting "well I have to go pee because otherwise I'll pee in my pants! »$55 for 3 teen trios… could it be possible that your establishment doesn’t look like a strip bar!!!

I am a regular customer to your restaurant until the other day. I ordered a trio and the bill came to $19,00, This is rediculous for a trio. Your prices are terrible for this food. I will not be coming back at these prices

I was a regular customer, but I noticed a noticeable deterioration in service and very questionable billing. For two similar orders placed a week apart, the smaller one cost me more than the larger one, with a difference of $8.After pointing out the error, the clerk acknowledged the problem but only offered to refund $2.80. When I asked for an item at this price to avoid receiving change, she offered me a wrap for $3.40, covered by the restaurant.When I arrived home, I discovered that the wrap was dry, cut open, and contained bacon instead of the jalapeño I had chosen.In the end, I was overcharged $8 and given leftovers as compensation. My last two visits have been very disappointing both in terms of service and speed of preparation (55 minutes and three errors on the order during my previous visit).Clearly I would prefer to drive a bit to get better service at another A&W.

Worst service ever!Missing items in the order and they charge the items separately so that it costs more, instead of charging the price of the combo!When we ask the question why, we get the answer: “Well, sir, that’s how we do it!” In a stupid way because you ask a question!

This has got to be the worst A&W in the world. I went there one late night and had a 2-Star experience. The staff worked at a leisurely pace even though there was nobody else there. The onion rings were cold with half-fried batter coating over the raw onions, underneath. I observed that they are quicker with their drive-through window. Definitely better during the day.
The drive-thru was pretty quick. But I ordered a double mozza combo and received another burger, with pickles and mustard, which I don't like. Quite disappointing and, what's more, I paid too much for what I got!
