I was a regular customer, but I noticed a noticeable deterioration in service and very questionable billing. For two similar orders placed a week apart, the smaller one cost me more than the larger one, with a difference of $8.After pointing out the error, the clerk acknowledged the problem but only offered to refund $2.80. This has got to be the worst A&W in the world. I went there one late night and had a 2-Star experience. The staff worked at a leisurely pace even though there was nobody else there. The onion rings were cold with half-fried batter coating over the raw onions, underneath. I observed that they are quicker with their drive-through window. Definitely better during the day.
